Club World Seat

Imagine your favourite armchair, your bed, your dining table, and your office; all in one. Club World seats are designed for relaxing, sleeping, or getting work done, with more space and privacy.

Relax on board in a spacious seat, extending into a fully flat 183cm (6ft) bed when you need to sleep. Your seat also has a fully adjustable headrest and lumbar support.

Club Suite

British Airways have completely reimagined Club World cabins. Club Suite is now available on selected flights; your own personal space to sit, sleep, work, or relax. Club Suite is the final step in Club World investment, following on from the introduction of luxurious bedding by The White Company, a new personalised service, and a restaurant style dining experience.

Where to find Club Suite

Club Suite is now available on selected Dubai and Toronto services on board brand new A350 aircraft and selected JFK services on our Boeing 777 aircraft. Also selected Tel Aviv services are now available to book from 1 December and selected Bangalore services from 20 January.

Club Suite will be rolled out across the London Heathrow long haul fleet and by the end of 2019, four A350s and two Boeing 777 aircraft will be flying with Club Suite.

On early morning flights, you will have the choice of up to 3 different breakfasts including delightful cured meats or smoked salmon, hot English breakfast or a hot vegetarian breakfast. On your short trip to Shannon, Ireland you will enjoy an appetiser with drinks. From Shannon to New York we will serve you a delicious meal with a full bar service. New York to London City

Extra Touches

Located in the Tower Wing, Contango is a luxuriously designed contemporary restaurant featuring an open kitchen interactive dining concept with a seating capacity for 250 people. The cuisine, freshly prepared to order, ranges from Western with a pizza oven and Churassco Grill to Chinese, Japanese, Malay and Thai. A 2000 bottle wine cellar includes the exclusive Opus One vertical collection of wine created through a collaboration between Baron Philippe de Rothschild and Robert Mondavi.

Colonial Café

The Colonial Café recreates the atmosphere of the halcyon days of the planters of Malaya and offers authentic classical cuisine from the colonial era. Plush red leather chairs, crisply starched white tablecloths and timber paneling reinforce the colonial feel. Located in the Majestic Wing, it seats 120 both indoors as well as in outdoor covered courtyards.

The Bar

The Bar is a central focus in the Majestic Wing with dark panels, mirrors and brass, and where you can enjoy a Stengah, Gin Pahit or Sling just like the planters of old. The gold-leafed domed ceiling is an original feature of the historic hotel. Come nightfall, nostalgia fills the air as the descendants of the legendary Maestro Alfonso Soliano, a family whose musical traditions date well back into the nation’s history, entertain with their classic renditions.

Tea Lounge

The elegant Tea Lounge in the Majestic Wing is open to the breezes off the lawn fronting the hotel. The old-fashioned grid ceilings feature classic cut-glass lighting with antique brass fittings.
